"Pretty good site , but restocks are frustrating"
The site itself is easy enough to use , but the item I was trying to buy was sold out again . I just wish the restock info was a little clearer so I knew when to check back

"Actually comfy through long nights"
I wasn’t expecting much, but after using it during a few long nights, my wrist feels so much better. Like, okay, maybe I really did need this. It’s comfortable enough that I don’t keep thinking about it, which is kind of the whole point.

"Really solid gear??"
I picked up a Razer mouse and keyboard, they’ve been great so far. Both feel really well made, not like that flimsy cheap plastic stuff you sometimes get, you know?? The clicks feel clean, everything feels sturdy, and after using them every day, they’re still working perfectly.

"I really like the design, like…"
I really like the design, like it genuinely looks nice on my desk. But the green lighting is just... a lot. It was cool at first, but after a while it gets old, really old. I kind of wish there were more lighting options or a way to tone it down.

"Cool gear, but should it last longer?"
I’ve always liked Razer stuff, and the design is still really cool. My mouse worked great for about a year, but then the scroll wheel started acting up, which was disappointing. My keyboard is still working fine, though a few of the keys feel a little loose now. For the price, I feel like I’m not crazy for expecting it to hold up better, right? It’s not terrible by any means, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing either.

"Good value for the quality"
I picked this up from razer during a sale, and I’ve been happy with it so far. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but once I got it in hand, the quality made the price feel fair to me. Shipping went smoothly too, so overall it was a good experience

I ordered from razer and kind of regret it. The item did show up, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it arrived later than I expected. Not the worst experience ever, just slower than I would’ve liked

"Quick RMA for double-clicking issue"
After a few months, my mouse started double-clicking on its own, which was annoying. Has anyone else had the same issue? I opened a support ticket, they asked me for proof, and then they handled the RMA really quickly. The replacement showed up in about a week, so no drama there. Happy with how they dealt with it.

"Great for gaming, but I felt a bit ignored"
I’ve been using my Razer gear for a few months now, mostly for gaming, and the performance has been really solid. The mouse feels fast, the keyboard is comfortable, and I haven’t noticed any lag or weird glitches. Setup was easy too, so no complaints there. The only thing is when I had a small question, I felt kind of ignored and didn’t really get much help. Still, the gear itself works well and definitely makes gaming feel smoother.

I wasn’t sure if it was going to work with all my devices because sometimes these things are weirdly picky, but it connected fine and did what I needed it to do. Straightforward, no big setup headache, just kind of plugged it in or paired it and went from there. So yeah, it works with my devices and I’m happy with it.

I bought this from razer.com mostly for the RGB, and the keyboard looks exactly how I wanted it to. Synapse was easy to mess around with, and the colors saved without any issues. That said, it still felt like more effort than I expected just to get everything set up the way I wanted. Overall though, I’m happy with it...

"Really solid headset so far"
I bought my Razer headset from razer, and overall I’ve been happy with it. The battery life has been great for my usual evening use after work, and I’m not constantly having to plug it in, which is nice. I haven’t run into any major issues so far. Nothing is perfect, of course, but for what I need, it’s been a solid buy.

I bought a mouse from razer.com the payment part went smoothly. My card went through on the first try, there were no weird errors or pages looping back, and the order summary was clear before I paid. I also got the confirmation email fast. So the checkout itself was simple and stress-free, but I was a little disappointed that the overall experience didn’t feel more special after that.

My headset suddenly wasn’t being detected, which was annoying because I figured I was about to lose a whole day dealing with support. I messaged Razer anyway, expecting the usual slow back-and-forth, but they actually replied within a few hours. Kind of surprising, but also such a relief. They asked for the info they actually needed instead of making me jump through a bunch of random hoops. I tried the steps they sent over and, somehow, it started working again. So yeah, I was frustrated at first, but the chat ended up feeling normal and easy. Overall, really happy with how fast they handled it
